Use this template when reviewing your setup:

  1. Positioning — Can a stranger understand who you serve and why you win in 10 seconds?
  2. Proof — Do you have evidence organized for each major objection?
  3. Distribution — Are you building assets on land you own, not only rented platforms?
  4. Automation — Are repetitive journeys handled consistently without losing quality?

If any layer is missing, “more campaigns” will not fix it—structure will.
